Privacy policy regarding the protection of personal data

a) Introduction
Starting from May 25, 2018, Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "the Regulation") will be applied by all the states of the European Union. By means of this Regulation, it is desired to create a unitary and uniform legislative framework on the territory of the European Union that no longer requires national implementation measures.
b) The operator
The STAR CMP-ELECTRIC SRL company with headquarters in Mocira, Dragostei str., no. 55A, Maramures, registered at the Mauramures Trade Registry Office under no. J24/1025/2022 with Unique Registration Code RO46273211 as Data Operator, we are responsible for processing the data described in what follows. In order to comply with our obligations under the Regulation, we have developed this document, which establishes the categories of personal data that we collect when you visit our website, the purpose and basis of the processing, the duration of the processing, where we keep and to whom we transmit this data, as well as the rights you have as a data subject, implemented specifically to ensure the protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms and in particular their right to the protection of personal data.

a) The personal data we process
We collect and process from you only those personal data that are necessary for us to be able to offer you the possibility of using our web page, in accordance with the legal provisions of Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of data with personal nature and regarding the free circulation of these data.
In general, we process the following personal data of yours:

- Phone number
- Email address
– Address and billing data
– IP and data obtained through Google Analytics

b) Purpose of personal data processing
SC STAR CMP-ELECTRIC SRL collects and processes your personal data obtained as follows:
- for the purpose of sending the requested price offer;
- for the purpose of responding to messages sent through the "Contact" section;
- for the purpose of preparing the documents necessary for the processing and invoicing of orders;
- in order to fulfill the legal obligations of the operator;
- for the purpose of fulfilling a task that serves a public interest, or that results from the exercise of the public authority with which the operator is invested;
- for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the operator or a third party;
- in order to obtain some statistics related to the user's profile (related to the location, the browser through which the site is accessed, the resolution of the equipment from which the site is accessed)
If we intend to use the collected information for any other purpose, we will ask for your consent before use, and only after receiving the consent, and only for the purposes for which it was requested, will it be used accordingly.
c) Beneficiaries of the data
In order to be able to perform on time and according to the assumed obligations, there is the possibility that your personal data will be transferred to contractual partners or service providers (eg: hosting service providers, tax authorities).
We ensure, through contractual regulations, that these service providers process personal data in accordance with European data protection legislation, in order to guarantee a high level of data protection. d) Data storage period
The company STAR CMP-ELECTRIC SRL will store your personal data for the entire duration of the contractual relations, as well as afterwards, according to legal obligations. Anonymous data and aggregated information, which cannot identify a person (directly or indirectly), could be stored indefinitely.
e) The rights of the persons concerned
As the data subject, you can request information related to data protection at any time and free of charge, with a notification, using the contact details mentioned above in order to exercise your rights in accordance with the GDPR. These rights are the following:
- The right to receive information about data processing and a copy of the processed data
– The right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data
- The right to request the deletion of personal data and in case the personal data has been made public, the transmission of information regarding the deletion request to other operators
– The right to request the restriction of data processing
- The right to receive the personal data regarding the data subject in a structured, commonly used and mechanizable format and to request the transmission of this data to another operator
- The right to oppose data processing with the intention to stop processing
- The right to withdraw at any time a given consent in order to stop data processing
– The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that data processing is a violation of the GDPR
The response to the request related to data protection will be made in accordance with the applicable legislation within 30 days from the date of transmission of the request. Please consider that certain information collected is necessary for the operation of the Service, and withdrawal of consent may make it unavailable for use.
