Return Policy
In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, paying only the return shipping fees, within 14 working days from the receipt of the product, without penalties and without providing any reason.
If the Buyer decides to cancel the purchase as per the above clause, it is mandatory to return the product exactly in the condition in which it was delivered, i.e., in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered, and in perfect working condition. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer is not entitled to request a refund. The product must be returned to the company's headquarters, at the exclusive expense of the Buyer. The refund to the Buyer will not be made before the product is received and confirmed by the company to be in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered, and in perfect working condition.
For Refurbished and Used products, it is mandatory that the seal remains intact.
For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
