Prices, warranty and return of products
The products sold are not counterfeit. We guarantee the integrity of the products ordered from the website during transport, until the moment of delivery. The price and the risk of the transport fall under the obligation of the seller, when a defect occurring during the warranty period is confirmed. All products sold on the website www.starcmp-electric.ro benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which is 24 months in the case of long-term products. The price of the products and the delivery time will be communicated by email or phone. Payment for the ordered products can be made in cash upon delivery, by payment order/bank transfer in advance. Payment by payment order is made on the basis of the invoice issued upon completion of an order. The products will be shipped only after proof of payment is made to STAR CMP Electric. According to O.U.G. 34/2014, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision.
