Order

Purchasing products from our store can be done online or via email.

**Online Order**

The product you want to order can be found either by using the top menu, which contains the product categories, the right-side menu with all categories and subcategories, or by using the search field. Once you press the order button, the product will be automatically added to the shopping cart.

After adding all the products you want to order to the cart, the purchase process continues by pressing the button and proceeding to the order page. On the order page, you will need to complete the following:

- Delivery method
- Order details: Full name, Complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment)
- Payment method: choose how you will pay for the order, either by CARD or bank transfer.

Using the username and password you entered, you can log in to view the order history or the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact information.

**Order by Email**

You can send your order via email to office@star-cmp.com:

- Delivery method
- Order details: Full name, Complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
- Specify the desired products: Product name, Product code, or product link.

There is no minimum order value.
